台湾・高雄の台湾国際造船（CSBC：China Shipbuilding Corp.）で，同国で
は初の国産潜水艦（IDS：Indigenous Defense Submarine）の1番艦を起工し
た。建造工程そのものは1年ほど前から始まっていた。
